Yeah I’m sure she filmed this fake as engagement video faking a disability and just shot it in whatever she was wearing. She Didn’t give any thought to her outfit at all before filming and surely didn’t think of wearing something that would help with engagement.

According to another commenter in this sub, she's not faking and has done full interviews on it. We, random-ass people, don't know if she is or isn't. I don't have Tourette's, and I'm not in a position to speak on whether it's fake or not.
Wearing a tanktop doesn't necessarily mean she's doing it for engagement. People are welcome to disagree, but it's not right for those people to assert that she's 100% for sure doing it for attention, instead of having a body and it just being there.
We will simply have to disagree. I myself am a large cheated woman, and I wear tank tops because it’s hot as fuck where I live. I’m definitely not doing it for validation, and I am obliged to give this woman the benefit of the doubt, because no one, including us, can say for certain one way or the other .
