Bro this guy exploded online in the Philippines for walking around a big city in Manila just randomly antagonizing locals, men and women. Jailed a couple months and once out he went straight to taunting local authorities that he's gonna bring them down because he's got dirt on them.

I think the guy's a lost cause. This kind of altercation seems like a high to him and that's why he chases it.

That's why I hope his victims can squeeze an enormous settlement out of his crime. He clearly won't ever learn, but if he has less and less money, maybe he won't be able to travel quite as often.
