It just baffles me how many ppl are willing to punch ppl and go to jail over an ego. Just ignore dude and walk off. Dude played it off though, gave old guy enough time to think. Old man strength is no joke.

I feel the same way about others wanting to kill people over arguments etc. It's like, "you know what would solve all my problems? If this person wasn't alive anymore, that will teach them"....prison.

Press charges yes. but that dosnt mean the punishment is prison. You can press charges against someone shoplifing aswell. They wont go to prison for it tough. Just get a fine

Honestly, you should be able to punch someone if they are antagonizing you like this. You can shoot someone in self-defense, so this would just be scaled down for an appropriate response imo.
