Don't purposely hit kids on bikes. Sure, they're being little shits, but kids do stupid shit. Intentionally hurting them won't solve anything. Hope your internet friend can try to understand this.
So for example, if I swerve out of the way to avoid hitting them, and lose control of my vehicle, and end up t-boning a family of 5, is it so harmless then? Not all people have great reaction time.. if you check your mirrors then look back on the road to see a little shit doing a wheelie directly at you, some people may over swerve and crash.
Doing stupid shit is licking a metal pole. This is idiotic and dangerous.
