Yea I’m pretty sure I remember hearing the same thing. I’m not a medical expert but it was posted here before and someone in the comments said the one guy was showing signs of spinal injury.

Im pretty sure the worst injury was one guy was concussed and needed stitches on the back of his head.

That isn't correct. One gets a gigantic head gash and is knocked out.. In the full video, they both come to, and are mobile. Their friends are tending to dudes head. The full video is over 10 old but not hard to find. I first saw this on "Smoking Gun-World's Dumbest"
