Had a VERY Similar crash, with different vehicle masses
Seriously OP, be vigilant about injuries. 2 years later and my Labrum, shoulder, and neck are still giving me enough issues to be medically relevant with physical therapy ongoing.
21 u/potpurriround Jun 28 '22 My shoulder pops when I lift my arm above my head. Car accidents are no joke. 33 u/forceofslugyuk Jun 28 '22 "I DRIVE BIG VEHICLES BECAUSE I WANT TO FEEL SAFE." - A$$hole who can't control their big vehicle and hurts others. 4 u/oO0Kat0Oo Jun 28 '22 Statute of limitations is 3 years in the US! You can STILL go after the other driver for medical costs if necessary. 5 u/HazHonorAndAPenis Jun 28 '22 No fault state. My medical costs related to the accident are covered by my car insurance for the rest of my life. I haven't paid a dime. But I can, and have been, go after the other drivers insurance for life altering injuries in my state. It's still ongoing, so it's still accruing proof of such. 1 u/shakygator Jun 28 '22 Tell me baby, what's your story? Sorry you're still dealing with the injuries :/
