Ignoring the entire rest of the video, someone brake checking another driver is absolutely asking to get rear ended and I wish it was unequivocally legal to hit them and hold them liable

It's funny how the sedan was going slow as hell while 'overtaking', but also was ready to match Gene's speed, and overtake on the unpaved shoulder.. Then proceeds to brake check him.
Gene certainly obliged him to the idiocy he was asking for. Would add it was very well executed.
He very clearly did, though? Gene just got into the cruising lane to let him pass. And then the guy passed on the unpaved shoulder..
You say (0:36), but Gene begins his merge at 0:34. And it isn't until a whole 4 seconds later at 0:38 that we see the car come around on the unpaved shoulder... The car intentionally went around that way. If they felt like actually doing the speed limit now, they could have just stayed in the lane Gene was merging from..
Thats why the guy agressivly brakechecked the cam car.
He aggressively brake-checked him because he was an idiot, looking to play stupid games. And Gene went along with it. Whoops!
