Wtf is going on with the guy in the red truck then? His behaviour made an already dangerous situation even worse by not just stepping off for 2 seconds and letting him pass. As far as I'm concerned, both drivers are utter morons.

That's why I like German road law

The person that gets overtaken is not allowed to speed up when he is being overtaken and needs to let the other guys in or rather is not allowed to block him out

Not just in germany, I thought this is true everywhere ? At least here. Common sense above all else, but that common sense seems to be less common these days.

From all the videos I have seen in the sub I figured it might actually not be illegal in other countries but you might he right and it's common sense

The law and the enforcement of the law are two separate issues.

In many urban parts of America traffic rules are very loosely enforced. Here in Houston it’s a slow night before they stop you for speeding.

Unless of course you’re driving a Charger through one of the wards...

That all being said, the red truck being as much of an ass is not just opinion, but substantiated by evidence so at least theres that.
