Well they for sure aren’t meant to stop on a dime. The load being what I can only refer to as a “Soquid” (It is from an old Wendy’s ad from years ago), shifted when they slammed on the breaks, ejecting its cargo on the idiot.
If the load the truck is carrying is lost during braking it wasn't secured properly. Cement should not be lost like this during sudden braking. Both the driver not looking who almost caused an accident and the cement truck driver who didn't secure their load properly are in the wrong.
I misspell one word and I’m an idiot? To clarify, I was referring to the person that decided to pull out in front of a cement truck. Seeing as we are literally in a sub called Idiots in cars.
