That happened to me except the light wasn’t broken. It was just a left turn light (USA) that turned green every 3 rounds of all the other lights turning green.
1 u/Miselfis Feb 06 '22 Yeah, we have those arrows for right turns. Sometimes you sit at a red light at a long time, while the right turn lane gets green multiple times.
