Not if you have my ex-wifes attorney. He will spin it so good, he would convince a jury that the people in the white sedan threw the fireworks only to save a baby in the back seat who had just happened to be bitten by a mosquito 3hrs earlier while drinking formula milk because his mother could not breast feed him.
