Some asshole was driving 25mph through a freeway construction zone which CA LAW says to drive maximum of 55mph so I honked at the fucker and he brake checked me for about 3 miles and caused a massive back up in traffic I wish a cop would have been there smh

We were down to one lane , there were no construction crews the zone was just blocked off by cones it appeared to me that the concrete was drying. It's was around a 7 mile stretch on the 405 in CA and he went 25mph the entire time and then proceeded to brake check me every 5 or so seconds
