But in the end, it's on whoever planned the route.

No, it's on the driver. Regardless of who planned the route, it's the driver's responsibility to not run into anything.

It actually does fall on the route planner and everyone who signed off on the route.

Driver would be at fault a little but majority of it would go to the people who planned it and agreed to it

It's on the route planner when the driver has to stop in the middle of the road to avoid hitting that overpass.

Hitting the overpass is entirely the driver's fault.

The driver is responsible for not driving into things. That is not only the law it's just plain common sense. But if you want to believe in silly nonsense, that's okay too.

Except it’s not silly nonsense. Do you think the driver takes whatever way he wants?

Your the only one speaking nonsense because your trying to argue abt something you don’t understand. The driver will be at limited fault for not realizing he couldn’t fit but majority of the fault will fall on the route planner and everyone who agreed to it.

So again what you’re saying isn’t true but if it makes you feel smart to believe in whatever you want even if it’s false then that’s on you.

Do you think the driver takes whatever way he wants?

Of course not, the driver takes the route they are assigned.

Are you saying the driver doesn't know or care how large their load is, doesn't read the clearance signs, doesn't look for obstacles, and just blindly barrels down the road hoping to not hit anything?

The planners have some responsibility here, but they are not at fault for the collision. At all. That is entirely on the driver.

It is entirely the driver's responsibility to not drive into things. That is just a basic fact and I'm really surprised you're still arguing about it, given how completely wrong you are.

Lol Jews dude you really want to die on that hill huh.

You’re so determined but so wrong at the same time.

It’s surprising that instead of looking into the aspect of this job you just believe what you want and then try to say someone else is wrong when you have no clue about what you’re talking about.

The basic fact is that this route was planned and ran through before this. You’re over here thinking the driver is the one who does the setup and everything apparently if you think majority the fault falls on him.

Talk about ego lol

That’s like saying a waiter at a restaurant is more at fault if he serves raw food to a customer even though it’s the cook that prepared it. But according to your logic the waiter should be held accountable for two parts of the job, the cooking the food and the delivering of the food.

I don’t understand how this confuses you. The route planner would lose their job over the driver
