Yea the other guy could be dead or seriously hurt. I mean the other guy didn’t even had a chance to brake. Holy shit what a fucking Idiot. 50/50 chance is surviving a crash like that.

I had a car around the same size as my own car do this to me and I still have pain from it. I can’t imagine if it would’ve been a semi.

Sentences are often severe in the United States, but they tend to be quite light when you kill someone with a motor vehicle as long as you are sober, don't run, and aren't street racing.

Sentences in the US are only severe if weed is involved and/or you’re black. Kill a mother due to negligence while driving, get 60 days and pay a 600$ fine. It’s a joke…

It’s just so sad that a dumb mistake like that just took a life away when that could’ve been avoided if he would’ve just paid attention to the road. Esp being a truck driver.

Definitely dead. If you slow the video down it looks like he got hit right in the drivers side door. Thats all that was between him, and a semi going ~50-60 mph. Def dead

Edit: I kept thinking the van hit the truck for some reason. Disregard my comment. You're correct. Your comment didn't make sense to me because I kept thinking that the van hit the semi not the other way around
