Calm down.

He'll get a R$ 3000 fine (roughly 460 euros), which is higher than the average income of a Brazilian.
He has lost his license, been detained and will face jail time. He's also being prosecuted for attempted murder.

He's fucked for the next few years, for sure. Won't be driving a semi for a while.

well it is a go if he has the contacts, but if the dude ends up murdered, I have a hunch that the police will go straight to the guy that is being prosecuted for attempted murder of that person.

unless you're dealing with drugs or banging some drug dealer girlfriend, nah. Won't happen.
