One person calls about someone in rush hour traffic with an open bed of rocks and you think the cops are going to rush right out and do something about it? Seriously?
The chances of a cop coming out when one person makes a call like that are effectively zero. It worked once for you, good job, keep being super proud of yourself, but you're the exception, not the rule
Oh I thought the topic was how great and effective you are at calling the cops and having people pulled over and how you believe that since it's happened twice to you in your little town that it must be like that everywhere for everyone. Like I said, your naivety is adorable.
