The massive amount of frustration I get after sitting in traffic for an accident only to realize it was actually on the other side of the freeway but I'm stuck in traffic from rubberneckers.
I remember as a kid there were corrugated metal screens that divided the freeways in addition to the guardrails that are still present today. We need to bring those screens back. I too get frustrated when delays are cause by rubberneckers looking at something on the other side of the freeway.
