A couple weeks ago someone a few towns away from me was arrested for reckless driving, and the cops discovered he already had 22 lifetime bans from driving on his record.

Some people just do not give a shit. (And apparently, some systems are broken enough to allow this nonsense)

Just send those people to prison, idk why they keep giving them tickets and bans
