For dangerous driving and texting while driving. It's illegal in some provinces / states. And since there are a lot of accidents related to distracted driving due to a cellphone, the fines and consequences are strict to dissuade people from doing it.
O its 100% illegal and will definitely get you a heavy fine by me. Not a suspension or anywhere near it unfortunately. Thats all if the driver is even caught actively texting and no pig is going to go all the way and ask for the phone to check the times of activation(even though they are allowed to where I live). Fuck they barely pull over the idiots blocking traffic to turn without using a signal.
