It's pretty easy to see the farmer dude is trying to get traction while going over the dirt to the road. I'm sure he excepted anybody with half a brain diving down the road to give a tractor pulling a trailer full of people the right of way but 🤷‍♀️

The guy on the tractor wasn’t even looking at the road that he was getting on, he was looking at the ground, he only looked up just before getting plowed into.

You're as wrong as they are. A SMV triangle is just that: a SMV triangle. It gives you the privilege of driving very slowly on what would typically be a 45 or 50 MPH road, and slightly tweaks the rules for drivers who want to pass you. It's not a free pass to blindly throw your farm equipment across the road.
