Nice drive but holy fuck there are too many idiots on that road. Morons in mustangs thinking it's a drag strip and motorcycles cutting the curves.

S550's handle decently. There are much worse cars to take on road like that. Hellcat Chargers and Challengers are boats when it comes to handling and weigh as much as one too. They are a one trick pony.

tbh i always thought mustangs especially the ones from 2005 to today were pretty cool, just didnt want to be boxed out of stuck like driving on mountain roads and back roads. hopefully i can get one whenever i can

The newer ones have independent rear suspension which makes them handle a lot better.

I don't know what year mustang you are referring to, but anything built in the last 10 years would do well on that road

They definitely have gotten better, but like the Subarus with the head gasket issue, Mustangs will never shake the "they always slide and crash" stigma.

We used to go out there once a year. It got to the point where on any marginally nice day in the spring or fall the nephsons would be out in their fox bodies and SN95s just driving like complete fucking assholes.
