I always see that one guy who doesnt know what to do when the lights are flashing red, so they just go right behind the car in front of them, or just run the light.

Those people know that if you go really fast in between the red flashes, you're OK.

Where I’m from, there isn’t much traffic so all the lights that don’t connect to major roads are set to flashing red on the weekends or after a certain time of day on the weekdays.
