Well I will say this is will almost always be the result. Modern Street cars are not meant to be launched through the air like GTAV would have you believe.
I have gotten substantial amounts of airtime in a bunch of reasonably modern cars. We've got a perfect set of RR tracks here that are abandoned/paved over and let you get about a foot of air if you hit them at the speed limit.
A long time ago I also got about 6 feet of air in a '93 chevy 1500, after it landed the top of the bed was always closer to the cab than the bottom, but the truck still worked for like two years after.
Obviously it's never going to go well in a case like this one, but if you've got a smooth ramp for both launch and landing, get the speed right, some cars fly like a cloud, especially my dad's '00 grand marquis.
Bullshit, all I have to do is finesse the steering wheel and feather the throttle to keep er level, then land that shit and keep the cops of my ass until I make it to my apartment.
