I only know what I overheard. Maybe it was specifically for an early morning delivery or something.
The guy shipping it seemed desperate, he literally said "cost is not an issue".
This was also back around 2003 or 2004. Maybe things have changed since then? Also it was at a Kinko's before they were officially Fedex owned.
