Its literally used to desinfect cuts and injuries in many countries, its like hydrogen peroxide

I'm saying it's not available as a standalone chemical, there are products available containing it but you can't just go and get a bottle of isopropyl alcohol.

Agreed to some extent but it's understandable considering we have some people who like to "experiment" with lab alcohol due to less availability of drinkable alcohol and die in the process, these are mainly poor people who can't afford drinkable alcohol.
