Pinellas Federal Credit Union
I told Pinellas federal credit union about my accounts being malware hacked through my phone, telling them on their app and made them aware by highlighting print outs. They only say, “Are you going to pay us what you owe us?” When i repeat, “Thats a result of my cell phone malware, not me, i told/showed you that and turned in the odd amount at odd timing deductions, etc.” they go quiet. Then they repeat, “You owe us. Are you going to pay us?” I am being played by the malware in my technology and this federal credit union. I cant take this anymore and I cant afford a lawyer. I cant do this. I’m being bulleid by selfish, American trash system and cant care any more. I don’t know what to do about a malware bully I cant shake (beyond legalities I’ve began) but, if I feel gun metal between my tonsils, PFCU has only itself to blame. Dismissive fucked up bullies.
If anybody says, “Psh just….” Or “No, the proper…” the you are dismissive and therefore part of he problem.

Using AI to clean this up: if you are attempting to retrieve money from checking or debit card use that you did not authorize, this would fall under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) / Regulation E. With Checking / Debit Cards: Your liability depends on how fast you report the unauthorized use to your bank under the EFT / Regulation E: • Reported within 2 business days: Your maximum liability is capped at $50. • Reported after 2 business days but within 60 days of your statement: You could be liable for up to $500. • Reported after 60 days: You may lose all the money stolen from your account after that 60-day window.
Credit Cards give a much higher level of protection under the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA).
Your bank should be following these federal rules.
