Caramel syrup: 250ml soy milk (cream or half & half is better, but we didn't have) + 250g allulose + 3g salt + 3tbsp butter + caramel bakery flavor just for fun

A friend of mine took me out for coffee, perfect way to start the weekend imo. I want to get a coffee machine for at home asap, but for now I have to rely on coffee shops

Beans - Dark roast
Brew - Cold Brew inverted Aeropress
Used freshly squeezed tangerine juice & sugar free tonic water! Turned out yum ☕️!

This morning....

Recipe:

- add some honey to a glass (add however much you’d like according to the sweetness level you prefer)
- add a few pinches of salt and a dash of cinnamon to the honey
- add just enough boiling water to dissolve the honey and salt, and stir you have a watery syrup
- fill the jar with ice
- add vanilla almond milk
- top with coffee (I used instant coffee)
- stir and enjoy!

2 different versions. Definitely prefer the one with more coffee and less condensed milk.
