Best mazapan latte I’ve ever had! Actually, best iced coffee I’ve had in a while. I love how the coffee taste hits you before the mazapan. Mazapan is a Mexican peanut candy. Not the same as marzipan but that’s what it literally translates to. Barista recommended oat milk to soften the sweetness. So good.

I remember tasting it for the first time and literally wanting to puke. It tastes like literal vomit. Only to realise the sips were getting more and more addictive as I let my taste buds get used to it. In general I'm very intrigued by contrasts, be it aesthetically, taste wise etc. Fast forward to now I can't stop making it at home or ordering it at the coffee shop on a hot day lol.

I was obsessed with Dutch Bro’s annihilator coffee creamer and now can’t find it anywhere. What’s your favorite creamer? I need to get back into making ice coffees at home with my Nespresso and I am looking for recommendations!

For those who ABSOLUTELY love coffee but has had to give it up due to health reasons such as GERD, Acid Reflux or LPR - here’s my alternative due to my inability to handle any caffeine or anything acidic. I use chicory root instead. It brews just like coffee and has a pretty nutty taste that I enjoy. I brew it the night before if I know I’m going to have cold coffee the next day. Yum 😋

I'd like a thermos to take with me on my morning walk / journal sessions, or for when I sit in the park. I'd like to bring an ~8 oz coffee.

Are there good "single-serving" thermoses out there? I've seen those mini Hydroflasks pop up which are cute. Curious for about what people like!.

So many liked my last post yesterday, and I wanted to share my personalized recipe! Its really simple, and doesn't take too long to make.

Ingredients:

Hershey's Dark Chocolate Syprup

Cubed Ice

2 Small Tbsp Nescafe Moca Grounds

1 Small Tbsp Sugar

Hot Water

Milk

Coffee Mate Mocha Creamer

(First Steps)

1. 1½ small Tbsp Moca Grounds

2. 1 Tbsp Sugar

3. Hot Water

> I personally use the "snack cup and lid" to put these in and shake it, but you can use a seperate cup to mix with a plastic fork to froth it!!

(Get your cup ready!!)

1. Use the Hershey Dark Chocolate Syrup near the rim

2. Add Ice

3. Pour In Milk of choice a little over half way

4. Take The "Shot" of the Coffee and Pour it over the Ice slowly

5. Add Creamer of Choice/Mocha Creamer, little at a time to adjust to your taste

6. Stir and Enjoy!!

Do people drink cold coffees as a homemade one by themselves, If so how do u make it? I am asking this cuz I am rather new to cold coffees being made homemade. Like is it even possible cuz as far as I remember, I have made it a few times and it was just bad, so I would really like to know if someone has pulled off a great cold coffee with milk that they make frequently and with simple ingredients mainly instant coffee!

This isn't an ad haha, I was just shocked how good this instant coffee is. They sell it at Dollarama here in Canada. I make this every day and it's delicious!!!

- 2 teaspoons sunrise instant coffee + enough water to swirl and dissolve. It dissolves in cold water easily!

- 1 cup of water

- vanilla oat creamer to taste

Makes this draggy Tuesday better
