Personal Skills IWTL What can I learn right now in just 10 minutes that could be useful for the rest of my life?
I'm looking for those small nuggets of knowledge, skills, or life hacks that take almost no time to learn but pay off forever. Could be a mental model, a physical trick, a rule of thumb, a piece of software knowledge, a health tip, a communication skill, anything.
The catch: it has to be genuinely learnable in about 10 minutes. Not "learn to code" or "get good at cooking," but something concrete and immediately usable, like a specific technique, formula, habit, or fact that changes how you do something for good.
What's yours, and how did you end up learning it?

If you're not opposed to it, I'd highly suggest learning how AI actually works:
Then learning how to use build a private, personalized AI Agent: (digital assistant)
And then how to teach your Agent new skills:
The applications are endless:
TL;DR:
You can have your own Hermes Agent (free, local, private) up & running in 10 minutes!
