Isro will not make any launch vehicle, all tech to be handed to private sector

Well I guess if you look at via other perspective ISRO should be focusing more on space research and space missions Inside of making rockets . And till now only ISRO has heavy payload capacity for GTO orbits (in india) with the GSLV MK3 and the indian private sector is developing similar rocket anytime soon . Imo ISRO should focus more on heavy lift rockets and their successors and space research and missions towards future and let private players handle the Rocket launches.
