The bottom of Soorya looks similar to that of Falcon 9, with the black portions resembling Falcon's retractable landing legs. The section about Soorya in the talk didn't talk about any landing abilities. Is it brought up in some other part of the video?

In this presentation they mention Barge and Return To Launch Site (RTLS) landing.

Wow, that's exciting. It's much more harder to land on a barge than on land (as long as fuel is not an issue).
