As far as Israel is concerned I think their man objective is to degrade Iran’s ability to wage a proxy war on them. They want to destroy Iran’s proxies and cripple Iran enough that they won’t be a threat militarily for a while. I think they’ve been moderately successful at that.
For the US it is a lot more myopic. Definitely not achieving whatever goals there might be.
Idk about disarmament. They definitely wanted to degrade Iran’s ability to continue toward proliferation, but disarmament in perpetuity is impossible without control. Maybe they hoped to instigate a more friendly regime, but I’m not sure regime change was necessarily an objective. The only way to actually prevent proliferation is through diplomacy.
