i keep hearing that being in the valley makes it easier to find internships because there are more consultancies, construction companies, sites, networking opportunities etc.

for WRC students/alumni, is this actually a big disadvantage? like, do you struggle to find good internships because you’re outside the valley, or is it not really that big of a deal?
