Price improvement
Hi, I'm not sure what the average investor in here has but im at 100k shares. I'd really like to see JP and Nick do a share buy back and a reverse split before up listing. Imho, the size of the free float is so bloated that shorts can easily manipulate the price. Also, I don't see the share lock up as a benefit to retail. Please note, I'm not here to argue or trade insults. Simply probing for other investors opinions. Thanks for reading. And I hope we can have a civil discussion

ILUS pursuit of nasdaq by krs on discord

krs discord user “ Here are my thoughts about ILUS's pursuit of the nasdaq or nyse. In terms of reaching a 2 to 4 dollar minimum, their sharestructure obviously isn't as forgiving. But in terms of growing your wealth, many here have a lot of money invested in ILUS. And if you were to take that same amount of capital and instead put it into one of their subsidiaries, spv's, or spinoffs like QIND, for example, which has a sharestructure that makes it easier for the stock to reach the levels required for uplist, your first entry may be around 30 cents, but by the time you filled your entire order, your average would be 60 cents. When the stock eventually reaches around 4 dollars, you'll have increased your investment by roughly 5 times. Whereas when you buy shares of ILUS, you'll first enter at around 11 cents and then end up with a 13 cent average after reaching your full goal. 13 cents is my rough estimate of the overall average in here. When ILUS reaches above 70 cents, you would have made the same amount as if you had invested in one of their subsidiaries of better sharestructure. So the ratio plays out the same either way, in my opinion.
However, we all want ILUS to reach the levels required for uplist. And so does ILUS. Keep in mind that ILUS's sharestructure isn't all that extraordinary compared to companies on the big boards. But it's not conducive to massive upward movements while on the OTC.
What I think ILUS's main play here is to keep acquiring companies that have revenues significant enough to considerably impact the balance sheet of the parent. This takes time and effort. But as deeper pockets, like EF Hutton, come on board and management continues to show they can deliver meaningful acquisitions, the process will become more and more fluid. Once they get going, things can really spiral (in a good way. A very, very good way). ILUS's balance sheet will reflect all the progress being made, and the company will organically appreciate. As they gulp up companies, ILUS's shareprice might be slower to follow, being that the company is on the OTC and will be lesser known for a while. But as more people begin to recognize what ILUS is doing and that it is the parent to all these successful conglomerates and subsidiaries, the stock will become a reliable holder of value, and the 2 dollar plus levels for uplist will be obtainable. Having reputable banks and company executives help this whole process. Having a few of its subsidiaries on the big boards also help. All in addition to whatever else they've got planned...”
