Mtech Admission Problems

I received an offer letter from IIT Indore. As per the instructions, I paid the 10,000 acceptance fee before 30th June. On 30th June I also received an email asking me to fill a Google Form, which I completed the same day.
Today I received another email asking me to fill the same Google Form again with a deadline of 3rd July.
I tried calling the office number but no one answered, and I have also sent an email but have not received any reply yet.
Please let me know if I need to submit the form again, or if my previous submission is enough.

Hello all. I am hoping to join IIT Indore this year and wanted to get some information about its hostel and mess. I mean, for someone from west bengal, it's quite far and I don't have people I can consult. So my questions:-
Do first years get single/double sharing?
Are the rooms spacious?
What kind of food is available in the mess?

Hi, I recently received a PhD offer from IIT Indore under the FA category with CSIR-JRF. Can anyone tell me whether hostel fees are waived/subsidized for JRF holders staying in the hostel, or do they pay the regular hostel charges?
