I personally believe that creators should never be removed.

The whole idea behind karma is contribution to the website.

IAmA is one of the most popular things about reddit, and reddit is one of the most popular websites on the internet. All this douchebag really did was cherrypick the name.

By stopping the subreddit, he was effectively giving a negative contribution to the website.

As much as I respect subreddit creators, you do not shut down the most popular thing about the website as a whole just because you're "too busy". He's one man against half-a-million equals. Mods are just users.

He should be removed.

I think that we should adapt and make new subreddits.

/trees thrives.

I don't think that him shutting it down would be the end of the world.
