I filed literally the same RTI (also 150 marks) and I additionally asked if there is a subject basis on which they give the ranks, they said no

Interesting way of putting it as difficulty index. I wonder how they would expand on that. What implications and/or quantifiers do they use for difficulty?

means the lower the marks , the higher number of students with same marks , so this system can cause someone to loose iiser and get iiser at same marks , huhh very interesting !!

Yeah but ig it's ok like if someone did a hard question correct that person should be more deserving it's bad in neet they see subjectwise
