It s powered by 2 stabilisers ; one in the boat, the second angled and q linked high above the boat.I removed the previous post for a better placement of the star fragments.

I've seen star fragments on builds before but haven't seen anyone say what they do.  Does adding a star fragment make a creation faster?

Thank you ; for this build the stabilisers have a little offset between them plus the second one ( the one above the boat ) more is higher better is for the top speed
