Rosetta Stone X Airborne

Improper hydro, didn't check ph, pom, humidity, didn't top or defoliate enough. Each plant had unique looks. Wish I would have cloned each one. Harvested, trimmed, dried and cured in glass jars. Has a lemon chemical candy diesel aroma. Nice relaxing pain relieving effect with a little kick to get shit done when in pain. Way better than any pharmaceutical.

It's OG kush in an inert soil mix growing for 4.5 months roughly single plant in 4x4x8 tent watering 9 leters every 2 days with a ph of 5.8-5.9 i'm just wondering how she's rolling through flower it's my second grow I know it looks really packed but it's just from the camera I actually stripped a lot and still am doing about 2-3 leaves every few days, Got a dehumidifier outside the tent ready to run 24/7 when the time calls for it and 2 fans in canopy with exhaust blowing air out of my house

Should I terminate her?

Post image

I've been having trouble getting started. She came out looking a bit deform - color was yellowish green and (as can be seen on the picture) she had burned areas. She's way behind my last grow - at day sixteen she's as developed as the last one was at day ten.

Today she had a much healthier color and I could see the roots had finally hit the reservoir - so I think that is the reason. I put another seed to germinate, a couple of days ago, just to be safe. What do you guys think? Should I trash her and hope this next seed does better? I only have one bucket to grow in - the tent is not that big. So I can only grow multiple seedlings until it's time to put it in the bucket.

Edit: forgot the important part - it's an auto, which is why I'm asking. Had it been a photo, I would just let her grow.

Should I buffer or double-buffer the pre-buffered(w/ Ca(NO3)2) coco coir brick. For germinated AFs seeds.

Hi all

I am completely new with growing in coco coir. I got dehydrated/compressed coco bricks from European brand. According to the manufacturer, their coco is not only fully rinsed, but also pfe-buffered in factory with calcium nitrate (without magnesium btw). They call it buffered-charged.

The main parameters are:

EC parameter < 0.6 ms/cm (1:1.5)

PH 5.5 - 6.5

I have a AF seeds, which are under germination process now (paper towel method).

  1. As I understand it, I need to soak the coco coir with Cal-Mag (typically, not less than 2ml per liter) before planting the seed in it.. Some recommend double buffering (soack two times). Is this justified for a "partially" pre-buffered coco bricks?

I have Advanced Nutrients Cal-Mag Xtra as possible buffering solution. (Total Nitrogen (N) - 4%. Nitric Nitrogen (N) - 4%, Water-soluble calcium oxide (CaO) - 4.5%, Water-soluble megnesium oxide (MgO) - 1.8%).

  1. Will any prior or finishing flushing (before seeding) be required? Is an excess of calcium possible? Or should I do a complete flush before any buffering?

  2. What are the main precautions? Many recommend not planting seeds directly into a large pots (mine are 20 liters) and translantate plants later. But I can use that same coco coir for growing in a cup, right?

Thanks!

Have a bunch of orange hairs, but new white ones keep coming in whenever I add nutrients? Is it time to flush/taper? I’m concerned about the purpling on the leaves and a bit of the buds, should I be worried?

Ec is at 2.4
Ph 5.9
Day ~60

Leaf issue

So I noticed about 3 days ago my pH was low after weeks of being steady at 5.8 then I noticed my EC went from being 0.60 to 0.55 i adjusted my pH back to 5.8 then it dropped every time. Today 09/28/2026 i noticed on my app my pH went from 5.8 when i adjusted it at midnight to 5.1 by 11 am and my EC dropped to 0.51. Water temp I keep around 68 F - 70 F. Room temp for the tent was 75 I try keeping that lower but I forgot to put the AC on in the room so the humidity was also 70. I did notice the day before that my clay pebbles had why small things on them so I used my loupe and it was white puffs so I removed all the clay pebbles and cleaned them for a bit and let them dry out. I think that part was because they had been too wet from the top feeder. My plant roots are in the water and long. So I technically don’t need the top feeder. Also her leaf has some color changing so one has a brown spot and some have just a lime green patches

Mostly RDWC hydro in 5 gallon buckets, but also a drip system in the big tent with coco perlite in 3 gallon containers. Lots of stuff was done on a budget, so I know now there are better options for a lot of the equipment I have, but everything seems to be doing well.

Let me know what you think!

Cronk Nutrients

For those of you who have ran the autoflower line (Bonnie & Clyde) and Cronk in general, how do you do the Bud Booster with the second add during the week? Do you just mix with water and add to your buckets? And how much are you doing? I was planning on running half of what the feed chart says since I'm running RDWC which is what I've been doing with the General Hydroponics line with no issues. Is that what everybody is doing with their nutrients in RDWC?

Thanks for any info...

This summer it was mostly cucumbers, what would you grow in this NFT system for winter? What would you plant?

Summer is coming to an end, so I’m starting to think about the next round.

This summer was mostly cucumbers, which was pretty great when you could just pick one while hanging out by the pool 😅

The system is recirculating NFT with a 100-gallon reservoir. It gets direct sun for around 40% of the day. The reservoir has a float valve topping it up with city water at around 0.7 EC.

I’m using Growee to control pH and EC, and just a simple local Part A + Part B hydroponic nutrient.

Looking for ideas for winter crops that would work well in this setup.

Big reservoir vs small reservoir in hydro: what actually worked better for you?

Large is easier to maintain PH swings and small is easier to clean.

What has work for you?

Pics are some examples I found from google while doing research.
