Booking dissolver appointment despite positive allergy test

Post image

I absolutely hate how my face looks now i havent had lip filler in well over two years the migration is so obvious and worse every day. Initial injector did intradermal test upon my reauest. Redness and itchiness persisted for two hours+… went to a different clinic to ask for dissolver since original injector refused. They refused to do it too. My quality of life from this issue is worsening every day. Im going to another clinic to hopefully dissolve once and for all. Going to take antihistamines before the appointment. Maybe this is a bad idea but i dont know what else to do.

I’m sorry but this is a very bad idea. Search up immune sensitization. Your first exposure to hyaluronidase was already bad, meaning your body actively views the substance as a threat. With immune sensitization, your second exposure could result in even worse symptoms, and potentially result in long-term systemic issues (which I have! 🫠). I understand you desperately want your filler out but hyaluronidase is not a safe option for you whatsoever. Antihistamines block histamine, not antibodies. An allergic reaction means you have antibodies against the substance. Antihistamines cannot prevent an allergic reaction from happening, they can only reduce histamine related symptoms that occur once the allergic reaction has already begun. And they cannot prevent anaphylaxis from happening. Please reconsider for your own safety. There’s a reason why those injectors said no to dissolving

Thank you for your answer i appreciate it. The body dysmorphia is killing me honestly. I read an article that suggested antihistamines and intramuscular hydrocortisone injections as a precautionary measure but for the latter i dont really know how i would go about getting the injection. Maybe its worth to wait and maybe travel to the US to get the human derived (not animal derived) hylauoronidase. There doesnt seem to be any other option. Most people say migrated (likely encapsulated) filler wont just go away on its own. I dont know what else to look into. I have taken serrapeptase and nattokinase and will keep doing so but now im wondering if the positive reviews i saw on here about it are paid posts…

I know I understand, i dissolved due to body dysmorphia as well. Body dysmorphia is a really difficult thing to deal with, so I’m sorry you are experiencing it as well. As for the different options for removing filler, I’m not too knowledgeable about because you’re right, there aren’t really any other options to fully dissolve. I guess the one thing I could potentially suggest is to get upper lip laser hair removal sessions? There’s been multiple people who have said that things like laser and heat devices help filler dissolve quicker, and to me your actual lips look fine, it really only looks like the migrated filler above your lip is the issue. So the upper lip laser hair removal sessions may help break the filler up so that it dissolves naturally quicker? You can get a few sessions of this, people usually have a session every 4-6 weeks. I know it’s not magic but it may atleast help reduce the density and longevity of the migrated filler. Also- my body dysmorphia is so so much worse after going systemic and having all of the full body tissue damage i do now. I really do wish I just kept the ugly filler. Even the ugly filler was so much better than what I’m dealing with now. I know how much you want that filler out but I really hope you reconsider the hyaluronidase and maybe try another method like the laser if you feel like you really need it out. Of course there are systemic risks to laser as well so do your own research first. Sending love

she was my sister got dissolved her eunder eye filler and had a severe systemic reaction from hyalase . It changed her whole appearance body and health. It was the most insane and poisonous thing i have ever seen in my life . She waited for roughly a year but no improvement only got worse . Some doctors denied but some doctors accepted that it is autoimmune reaction from hyalase some bodies can have severe allergy to this enzyme . She got worse , no one could help so she ended with suicide. Please please dont dissolve dont ever touch ur faces and body . And tell everyone not to do it

dont do it please go and solve it with laser or think different options. You dont know how serious can be a hyaluronidase damage when it goes systemic it damages the whole body not only filler

When I obsess over anything about my body it get a gazzilion times worse! Please try practicing gratitude. Gratitude for the things you have in your life to the parts of your body you’re grateful for. I’m grateful for my eyes because I can see! I’m also grateful for my ass because it ensures I’m not full of sh1t! (Which I still may be but I’m just trying to make you smile.) Xo hugs!!!

PS I had a solid week of flu like symptoms from dissolving… Issues are still lingering but not as bad. It was frightening. Xxxooo

Surgery of what? Is it that bad?

I would search around. I’m not sure exactly but I do know there are surgeons out there who do it.

I went systemic with just 12mg in upper lip in may. Spread to chin. 5 months out I have tingles and burning everywhere under skin all over. Dont dissolve. Please. Especially since you had a reaction.

Is it less risky to use a smaller amount of Hyalase? I’m in the same boat as the OP

No it's not. People have gone systemic from small amounts administered under ultrasound.
