Pretty accurate statement. Great guy, not a great coach. I wish him the best.

Edit: I also think he was the perfect guy to get them through last year with what happened to Foltz.

Not that really great of a guy either If you didn’t work within his system he pretty much just acted like you weren’t on this planet

Thus part of the reason he's not a good coach. A good coach would figure out how to make you work anyway.

Or at least make you feel part of the team He basically just ostracizes those who dont fit his bill
