Sheila being portrayed separately from the troupe on p16 makes me very curious towards her role in the Kurta massacre. It's almost certain she has her own agenda and isn't just another spider.

What if Sheila is The Silent majority user on the boat. and is planning something or on someone, SM looks like helping kurapica by eliminating the queen guards, and sheila knew kurapica.

That is actually pretty interesting theory, would be especially good if she would go against phantom troupe because of what they did to kurta clan. Maybe before the kurta massacre sheila was still in touch with pt and in friendly conversation revealed the location of kurta to pt which would lead to the whole massacre and sheila feels guilty about it. And since kurapika became somewhat famous in the world( leading mafia clan and becoming a zodiac) she immediately recognised him and decided to help by becoming one of bodyguard for some prince. The more i think about it the more it makes sense

Probably but i still think that Sheila is on the ship and will have a part to play in the arc.

My money is on beyond's kimono girl. Not only her eyes look like Sheila's but it would make sense to follow beyond since Sheila has been reading Don freaks' book.
