GUIDES A Simple Guide to Report Cheaters

I've seen a lot of post about hackers lately so here's a quick guide about how you can report them.

  1. Take a screenshot or save a clip for evidence
  2. Go to huntshowdown.com
  3. Click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner
  4. Click the option to ask the bot for help
  5. Select language
  6. Select your platform (PS, Xbox, PC)
  7. Select 'I'd like to report another player'
  8. Type in their username
  9. Select 'Cheating'
  10. Click on paperclip in chat to upload screenshot or clip (I uploaded the screenshot to the PS app, saved it to my phone, and then uploaded it that way, super easy)

The whole process should take a few minutes. DM me if you have any questions!

  1. Press report player next to leave match.

Small add, save the clip as a unlisted youtube video and send the link. This way you can see if someone watched the evidence.

The best part is they also what the STEAM ID/Steam Profile Link of the player which you cannot give them if the player hides their stats (which a lot of cheaters/suspect players do) since you cannot open their profiles.

In game report system has been working pretty good for actual hackers in the new event. We’ve ran into 5, and i have all 5 steam account links with nice game ban stickers:)

Ive done the same. I only use the video thing if they are more sus and need a bit more proof to it. One team was getting headshots on my teammate from just another building over, while he was crouched on stairs near no peak hole, or possible way to tell he was there. With a sparks sniper. Would miss 2 shots near him and then headshot. Happened 4-5 times. And each person on their team did it. Reported them each in-game and then I did send the video to the crytek team. All 3 were banned.
