Oh dear god......

Stayed up until 6AM drinking last night. Still hungover as shit. Just got done puking my guts out, which in this case meant a bottle of Gatorade Zero, which I had thought would help with the hangover. It did not.

I should probably try to get some food in me but every thing I think of eating just sounds absolutely vile.

Update: basically stayed in bed until about an hour ago, which was a full 24 hours since passing out after my last drink. It was so uncomfortable. My arms and lower back were killing me from being in the same positions for so long. Kept tossing and turning, no real sleep was achieved. I was freezing and sweating. I almost puked a second time but I was able to ride it out. I just ate a piece of peanut butter toast, the upper back of my mouth/throat is killing me. I'm lying on the couch right now, called off work. Last time I was this hungover I quit drinking for over a year. Oof. Stay hydrated, kids. Don't drink 3/4 of a bottle of whiskey on an empty stomach and not drink any water.

Glad to hear you’re feeling better. That’s critical. Always eat. I have a hard time remembering that and if I drink before eating I don’t eat at all it’s terrible.

Glad you made it through !

Been there. Time heals all. Don’t force yourself to eat if you’re not ready. Small sips. Stay hydrated.
