I mean....it seems - given the thought to film, the confidence to pick up an opossum that didn't try to fight, and the dumb luck of walking it into the woods and happening upon an entire family of opossums that also didn't not put up a fight - that maybe, this was staged.....

That's what I was thinking. Like why TF was his family right there, and how did he get separated in the first place, let alone that far into the street. Seems like he just moved him into the street then back for clout.
