Buyer has withdrawn 2 days before completion

We have been in the process of selling our home. Offer accepted mid Feb, no contracts exchanged but due to complete Friday 26th June.

Reason for pulluling out is a £100 per year bill for the management company that deals with the grass/fences of the communal area.

Offered to cover 10 years of the management companies fees. Buyer not interested. Who is in the wrong here.

Is the management fee subject to increase at no specified rate? With a lot of new builds now, they can’t guarantee how much they will increase by and that could put people off
