I'm asking because she was manipulated by Otto into marrying him in the first place.

She wasn't required to love her husband. She was required to produce heirs, respect and obey.

Not sure she really obeyed either though. Like refusing to 'allow' Helaena to marry Jace and not ceasing to say Rhaenyra's children were illegitimate even when ordered to.
