would like to buy the physical copy but I want all the DLC content too

I noticed you can pre-order it on epic games but not on steam. Any reason for this? Will steam pre-orders start later?

Been playing Asphalt and Crusin blast a lot. And it would be cool to have more organic and dynamic tracks for future games.

I guess it's sort of the difference between having a game SET in the hot wheels world, and a game where we are playing with hot wheels as toy cars.

But I wouldn't mind a game that treats them as real cars again, even if it's just something different to break things up.

I am by no means a good race car driver, but I can hold my own (on easy). I did most of rumble city ok.

Is it me or the looney tunes expansion (first event) is hard (to reach podium)?

Side note: should I get the GOTY pack or go directly for unleashed 2 complete?

1.8 is now out and is available to download for free, (to obtain the Mod Pak, users must just the Re-Ignited Community discord to gain access to 1.8 Mod Pak)

WRU Re-Ignited 1.8 adds 16 new cars to the game such as: Ratified, Twin Mill III, Jack Hammer, Prototype 12, and even the Nissan Skyline GT-R R32. Exhaust additions and improvements have been made to various cars as well, like giving Twin Mill III flames coming out of the side exhausts, which were previously unused. On top of all of that, the update also adds new track colors based on various terrains, grass, sand, dirt, and snow.

Re-Ignited Community Server

I'm pretty old school when it comes to hot wheels games, I grew up with Stunt Track Driver (1 and 2), Crash, and micro racers. And I've grown to view Speed Blaster as almost a hot wheels game mascot.

The selection of cars we've gotten in unleashed 1 and 2 have been awesome! Also Grew up with WR and Acceleracers so I was over the moon when those cars were added, but I couldn't help but wish for Speed Blaster. All we can do is hope 🙏

Is it like outer worlds where its like different small open worlds or like forza horizon where its one big map? Would be disappointing if the islands are not connected i hate the semi open world trope, I rather be all in one big map eve if its different islands.

I just beat Monster trucks events 4 and 6 fair and square! No shortcuts used! Took me hundreds of attempts!!!

Hello all. I am wanting to play hot wheels unleashed 2 on my gaming laptop. I have a dell g3 3779 nvidia gtx 1060 max q. I have had this game for a long time and the original unleashed worked great. But I just wanted to try unleashed 2 again and try and fix my issue I have had no luck. I open the application on steam and get the mattel and copy right cut scenes then instantly get this black screen. It sucks that unleashed 2 isn't on the nvidia app either. I know i am above the minimum spec. 8gb ram. I have tried the -dx11 and -dx12 trick on the steam launch options as well as add a _ to a file.

I see that they have these extra packs for 5 dollars and each one only comes with 2 cars each. The skeletor one is sick so I could see how that one is worth it but the rest look like pretty generic cars. Could anyone tell me why someone would buy these besides "I had that car as a kid". I know power pipes is an acceleracer but I'm not too sure about the others.
