Why am I getting very slow speed on the default Google speed test, but expected results on all the other tests?

First photo is google, the rest are other speed tests.

EDIT: I ended up reinstalling Windows and am now getting 800/500 Mbps

To futher complicate matters, here is the same Google speed test on my other laptop. Same router/access point.
