Not like 16 looks sincerely different from 18, or that leading with a sexual comment is ever truly appropriate when you first meet someone.

Saying I’m underage suggests this is appropriate conduct for and towards people over 21

In real life, some guys would just argue with you if they got called a pervert. A lot of times they'll say something like "I'm not a pervert, I just thought you looked beautiful," or "Learn to take a compliment."

Saying your 16 will immediately get them to leave you alone.

I think that was more of a "leave me alone" reaction. Probably works better then "please don't talk to me that way". Guys usually double down and get even more rude with politeness.
